METHOD
- Fry onions and carrots for 5 minutes.
- Add savoy cabbage and fry for further 5 minutes.
- Add stock, seasoning, tomato puree, tinned tomatoes and bring to the boil.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stir in Promin Low Protein Elbows for a further 15 minutes stirring occasionally, check seasoning and serve.
