- Mix 33g of mixed dried fruit, 32g of Promin Pasta-meal, 27g of demerara sugar, 3g of chopped glace cherries, 2g of chopped walnuts (optional) & 1g of mixed spice.
- Add 50-60mls of cold water and mix well
- Put into a microwavable tub
- Microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds
