Low Protein Baked Macaroni Cheese

Ingredients

30g Promin Cheese Sauce

75g Promin Macaroni

30g Violife Grated Cheese

Herbs for garnish

Salt and pepper

Method

Ingredients

1. In a saucepan boil 1ltr of water. At boiling point add your macaroni to cook for 8 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 200C.

2. Place 30g of Cheese Sauce mix into a jug and add 100ml of boiling water. Whisk until the sauce is as smooth as possible.

3. Drain macaroni and stir into sauce, then place into an oven proof container topped with Violife grated cheese, cook for 10 minutes.

4. Remove from oven and serve. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with herbs.
