METHOD

  • Fry onions and carrots for 5 minutes.
  • Add savoy cabbage and fry for further 5 minutes.
  • Add stock, seasoning, tomato puree, tinned tomatoes and bring to the boil.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes, stir in Promin Low Protein Elbows for a further 15 minutes stirring occasionally, check seasoning and serve.
