Welcoming the HCU Network USA to Firstplay
Last week we were delighted to host Danae Bartke, Executive Director of the HCU Network, at our Promin premises. Her visit gave us the perfect opportunity to showcase how we support metabolic communities worldwide through our specially curated low protein meals.
Danae toured our bakery to see how our breads are crafted, explored our pasta production line, and watched our volumetric filling machines in action. Most importantly, she met the passionate colleagues behind the scenes—people who not only believe in what they do, but in why they do it and the impact it has on those we serve.
Lunch was a simple yet delicious treat: a Violife cheese toastie on Promin Low Protein Farmhouse Bread, paired with a fresh salad of Violife Greek cheese and cherry tomatoes.
The visit sparked inspiring conversations about Danae’s advocacy work in the USA and her vision for ensuring every state fully supports the needs of the low protein community. It was an absolute pleasure to host Danae and exchange ideas that strengthen our shared mission. Thank you, Danae, for this wonderful opportunity!
