Low Protein white bread mix made from wheat starch
Preheat oven to 200c/gas mark 6. Empty contents of the pack into a mixing bowl and add 315mls of warm water and 30mls of vegetable oil. Mix together and stir until the mixture becomes a smooth batter. Pour into a 400g greased loaf tin, cover and leave to prove until loaf has doubled in size. Do not overprove. Carefully place into the oven for about 35 minutes.
If using a bread machine, add ingredients to machine bowl and follow the maker’s instructions.
Wheat Starch, Maize Sugar, Yeast, Stabiliser E461, Bicarbonate of Soda, Guar Gum, Salt, Anti Oxidant E300, Colour (caramelised sugar)
Store in a cool dry place and use within 12 months of best before date.
